論文は出版社の著作物です。
論文の著作権は著者にはなく、出版社に帰属されます。したがって、著者である私共の判断のみで論文を公開することはできません。また、 無許可のダウンロードは著作権を侵害することにな ります。しかし慣例として、著者に直接コンタクトをとった方にそのコピーをお渡しすることは広く行われていることですので、これまで各論文の出版社のポリシーに基づき、ダウンロードされる方の連絡先を記入いただ き、その上でダウンロードを行って頂くということにしておりました。 本来、ご連絡をいただいた後にこちらから別刷り等を郵送などで送付するべきものを、遅滞のないよう回答をさせていただくために、ダウンロードにてお届けしているものとご理解いただいていたところです。

記入いただいたメールアドレス先に添付書類にて送付させていただきます。
ところがこのような対応を取らせて頂いたところ、残念ながら、ダウンロードされる方の署名欄・メールアドレスを偽名あるいは無意味な文字列で記入される事態が頻発することになってしまいました。ダウンロードされた方のモラルを尊重する形でダウンロードの自動化をしておりましたが、このままの状態を放置すると、私どもと出版社との間の信頼を損なう事態にもなりかねません。そこで、今後、フォームにご記入頂いたメールアドレスへファイルを送付するシステムに変更することに致しました。

論文リストのPDFのアイコンをクリックしていただきますと、氏名、所属、e-mailアドレス等の記入フォームが現れます。別刷PDFは記入していただいたメールアドレスに自動的に送付されますので、正しいメールアドレスをご記入下さい。

A copyright of a paper is reserved by the publisher, not authors. The authors cannot exhibit a paper without consent of a publisher. Unauthorized download will infringe on copyright. We have given our papers to the guest who filled in the contact through the HTTP protocol, based on the custom where the author gives a copy to colleagues who take direct contact, and the copyright policy of the publisher. The PDF files were downloaded automatically in order to avoid delaying our response by mailing service.

Regrettably, the situation that a part of guests downloading a paper wrote down in a columns with an anonymous name or a meaningless character sequence occurred frequently. This may cause the trust will be lost between a publishing company and us, although we would respect the moral of the guests.   Consequently, we changed the system that a PDF file is sent to the e-mail address you entered in column.
